SDB provided design and construction services for two buildings totaling 25,041 sf of new clinic space for a Community-Based Outpatient Clinic. Scope included demolition, new walls, doors/windows, storefront, millwork, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, fire suppression and alarms, finishes, fixtures, and installation of signage and flag pole.
