Central Arizona Project (CAP) engaged SBD as CMAR for a Chiller Replacement project. SDB provided GMP estimates and schedules at the 30% SD, 60% DD, and 100% CD milestones, working with our team of Williams Mechanical and Corbins Electric. Once the GMP was established, the team constructed the highly technical and challenging improvements to the facility, including two 170-ton chillers with a 1040-gallon storage tank, two large vortex pumps, three large air handling units, over 650 lineal feet of 5” K copper piping, including stainless steel piping constructed around the two chillers at ground level.
