SDB headquarters is located in Tempe, AZ. While our area of focus is slightly different in each office, Arizona operations focuses on advanced technology, healthcare/life sciences, aviation, higher-ed, municipal, and general commercial and tenant improvements. Our custom millwork/cabinet shop and steel fabrication division are also located at our main facility. Additional self-perform capabilities include heavy civil and scaffolding systems.

Our long-standing presence in the industry allows SDB to effectively navigate challenges such as materials shortages, price increases and decreased labor supply in the current environment. SDB’s strong relationship with local unions, supplier and trade partners allow for early trade participation, advanced planning or substitution options for long lead items, competitive pricing, and quality bid coverage. Our ability to supplement our union workforce of over 500 craftspeople mitigates labor shortages. With an expansive, secure storage yard and warehouse at our headquarters, SDB can proactively purchase and store critical project materials, adding efficiency for our operations.
