SDB provided design and construction services for the complete build-out of a 22,530 sf new Community-Based Outpatient Clinic. Scope included demolition, new walls, doors/windows, storefront, millwork, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, fire suppression and alarms, finishes, fixtures, and installation of signage and flag pole.
